Exemption of Stamp Duty for ESM – As per the UP Government, there is an exemption of stamp duty for the Ex-servicemen, Dependents, and windows on the purchase of property of the value of Rs 20 lacs and if the property is more than 20 lacs then the exemption will be given upto only 20 lacs value and rest amount will have the applicable stamp duty.
